Has anytone noticed youtube video quality?

I upload lots of videos alot on youtube and latley the upload goes smooth but when i watch my own videos the quality isnt there...you can see little squares in the video..im using the same camera as usual everything is the ssame and all my old videos work great ..any help would be great...i just came back from quadding 7000ft and would like to try to upload it once again

ps when i watch my videos through windows media they look great so what the hell is wrong??
