China Earthquake "We Are The World" Fund Raiser Concert

Hello all,

On June 24, 7:00pm at the University Theater (U of C), we are holding a concert and raising funds for the China Earthquake. For every dollar we raised, the Canadian Government will match the donation 1:1

The total counts of death from this deadly earthquake has already surpassed 69,000. Tens of thousands of children became orphans, and millions of Chinese victims are left homeless.

All funds collected from this event (event ticket sales, donations, raffle ticket sales) will go DIRECTLY to the Canadian Red Cross, helping out victims of the China Earthquake.

This event is organized and put together entirely by the young generations of our City. The concert consists of singing and dancing performances from a wide variety of cultures, as well as musical instrument performances and Chinese Kung Fu demonstrations.
