Eczema + Liver

I read a post ages ago about how detox is bullshit. Well, I'm skeptical about it. I've had atopic eczema for my entire life and I think I'm going to try this liver cleanse. My dad told me that that liver isn't up to snuff. Think he's right?

The juice cleanse is neat. Every so often done to get rid of gunk in the system. Let me know how it goes.
