LF: Someone to build retaining wall

Looking for someone(s) to build a couple of retaining walls for me. The retaining wall will be about 40 ft wide and about 3.5 ft tall. There will be two of them. They'll just be straight. You need to check with the building codes. I believe anything over 1m tall needs to be signed off on by a civil engineer.
311 might be able to help you.

Most people prefer to build two smaller walls to avoid this requirement.
