LF Shop Recommendations

Hey guys.
I'm looking for some recommendations in terms of shops that is willing to help(labor/source parts) to swap my 318 M44 motor to a 328 or a M3. My 318's given me a good ride for the past few years but now the coolant is leaking from somewhere in the rear of the motor. Not exactly sure what the problem is but at over 300k km, it's time for a change.

So if you guys would point me in the right direction, it'd be awesome. I know going the route to a more powerful motor is going to require more than just the motor. I'd just like to talk to a guy for a rough price if he was going to do it and try to find a time and cost effective solution.

Sheni is really good, however it seems his business has picked up substantially, consequently, the quality of his work has declined. The last work order we sent in was not resolved after 2 work days- the problem was not solved and the car wasn't tested before it was put out into the lot.
