Make Your Own Grill! - $20

I have 6 sets of this stuff for sale for only $20. This is the same material that Grill Craft uses to make their $200 grills. The only difference is that you're going to have to figure out how you want to mount it to your car yourself. It is aluminum so it will not rust. Also it comes in standard silver. You can just buy some all surface enamel from Canadian Tire and paint it whatever color you want if you dont want the silver color.

Each set comes with a 4 foot long by 1 foot tall piece of raised 1/2" Expanded Aluminum. Diamond shaped like in the picture. Also you will get a 1 foot long by 4 foot tall piece as well for any extra misc. places you might need it such as fog light spots etc. This is COST. I am selling it for what i bought it for because i dont need all the extra pieces. It comes pre cut and everything. Send me a PM with your phone# if you want one. Thanks man. It's expanded aluminum. It's pretty solid. It is also “raised” which is more expensive and better than regular flat. It's not the "metal lath" that you can get at Revy. That stuff is like tin foil and it rusts and looks like crap etc. This is real material that is used on real grills. Actually, you cannot get expanded aluminum at any hardware store in Calgary. I have tried.

If you look a few months back there was some dude that was selling the same stuff in Stainless for $50 a pop. But Aluminum will do you just as good . The only reason i am selling it is because the only way to get it is in bulk from metal fab shops. For my car i only need 1 piece though so i have extras that i just want to get rid of to make my money back and free up room in my basement. No conspiracy here. If you go to “other places” they will charge $50 for a strip of this stuff.
