So far, we've been lucky that the only people attacked more or less deserved it, as they were into gangs, drugs, etc.

But it's just a matter of time before we experience what happened in Toronto two years ago, where that 15-year-old girl got killed in crossfire.

This shit has to stop. Maybe if the cops would be more concerned about saving lives than ticketing people driving 15k over the speed limit, we'd have a safer city. Of course, arresting murderers doesn't pay the bills...
