Default engine swap or new IS300?

Theres this guy that currently own a 1998 Honda Civic DX hatchback and if he keeps it, plans are for a B18C1 swap h/i/e, suspension, rims/tires, and a few other things. But he has the option to buy a IS300 at a freakin amazing price, more then what he would like to spend, but still within reason of not eating Kraft dinner for life. If you were in this position would would you do?

Have you driven the IS300 yet? I recommend test driving one to see if you fall in love with it. If you do, then it's a no brainer. If it just isn't your dream car, then don't bother.
