parking lot accident

so i got rear ended in a parking lot by a co worker. he said he
would of paid me later on the week but now he says he won't.
Now im wondering what i should do??? any suggestions?

So is he backing out of paying you or admitting to fault? If so, the only thing you can do is treat it as if this happened to you in any other parking lot not involving a co-worker.

Report the accident as a hit and run and mention that you found the culprit.

Good experience for next time. Whoever it is (friends, people you know, etc) , just get their insurance policy number and driver's liscense.

I agree with climer. Just tell your co-worker that if he doesn't settle, you'll just claim a hit and run incident. That should get his attention. It would give him a criminal record and he wouldn't want that.

OP, what exactally happened in the parking lot? Were you backing out of a stall? Or simple rear ending (his front end hit your backend) , seems like a stupid question, but anybody who works in insurance can attest to hearing some pretty stupid things... like apparently vehicles have 4 quarter panels... or 4 fenders...
