Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
Blown + Intercooled 355" SBC in a 240Z. Do the math, 700 horsepower in a 2400 pound car makes for a mind blowing power to weight ratio. That thing outruns litre bikes, and that's from a video of it lighting up the tires for a good couple hundred feet.
Stock V8, pfft. Lots of people are loading all aluminum LS1's into RX7's and keeping the weight down and making an assload of power. There was a guy in Dallas that had an LS1 with heads/cam/full exhaust in an FD, it made 440 RWHP naturally aspirated. Threw a 150 shot on it and the thing god damn flew.Originally posted by npham
Surprised no one has mentioned Jimlab over at rx7club.com, he's currently swapping in an cobra v8 into an FD.....

the sickest engine swap i have ever personally seen was a 2003 chevy corvette engine supercharged, and then put into a 1969 chevy corvette stingray...
Man i got the Sicest! i was at Ford race day Here in oregon at the Woodburn drag strip, it went rolling up to the line, with a V8 it was a fricken pinto! Omg its like super terrible getting a v8 in one of those my uncle told me.. but it was the greatest engine swap i`d seen.
Ls6 Z06 motor I've seen in both a Miata, and an S2000.Originally posted by dj_rice

The sickest one I have seen was a 2JZ-GTE swap into a 86 Toyota Corolla..the AE86 Trueno one...I'll try finding a pic of this..cant remember where it is...Oh wells I cant find it...
And cant beat that 2JZ-GTE engine in the Nissan Skyline R34 from Top Secret Japan
New Cobra motor in a Focus.
Nuts..
06 F250 diesel.
Saving up for a used shitbox to enhance my cool factor.
Corvette Z06 LS-6 in BMW E36 sedan, lighter then the stock M50 6 cylinder, hell its the same weight as the M42 4 cylinder, further back and lower in the chassis.
.
Reasons why Drumheller area wouldn't make a good race track venue...
