maybe its been swapped out. Usually they are 1.7L 160Hp engines, but this states that there is a 1.8L 170Hp engine. Either way, not really that great of a deal. Most g2's with way lower clicks are going for about 8000-9000, so for 6k its not too bad.

Depends where you are, but for those clicks and presuming it is in Victoria or Kelowna, etc based on area code, not a great deal.

Yea, when I went down to Vancouver this summer...I've seen so many G2's, like around 10-15 in just one area but I only saw a couple GS-R's.

Must be swapped because it should be a B17 in there, unless this guy doesn't know what he's talking about. And yes, that's a ton of mileage!

Why? There are tons of Hondas in the junkyard with 400,xxx+ kms on the odometer. I picked up a gauge cluster from an '87 Integra that had 464,xxx+kms on the odometer and mine only has 345,000 on it's original engine.

Hondas last a hell of a long time; any car will as long as it was maitained well.

Keep looking, if you are looking for a gen 2 GSR there are way better buys out there for sure. Trust me I looked for about 4-5 months and found some great dealsbut they were gone by the time I called or I didn't have the cash.

    Nope.

The g2 (90-93) integras got a 1.8L non-vtec or the 1.7L vtec engine. In 1994, the G3 tegs got a 1.8L non-vtec (essentially the same as the older one) and the GS-R got the 1.8L Vtec.
