    Default Abs Workout

Would it be a good workout to do 100 crunches, 100 lying leg raises, and a 30 minute jog to get good abs?

Not bad. Remember that its mostly diet, so eat clean - very very fucking clean.

Try hanging leg raises, and make sure the form on your crunches is perfect, add resistance if its too easy. Try lumberjacks too for core strength and definition.

    healthier than fast food...

but by clean diet, and if you want abs, you'll have to cut body fat.
so low carbs (cut out rice, bread, pasta). high protein and fibre.

so quiznos, subway. Is alot of carbs cause you're eating a loaf of bread pretty much.

remember, don't overwork your abs too! It's not good to do them constantly everyday

The last point is very important, your abs are like any other muscle and need time to repair.

LOL how do you walk, sit or move?

Everyday you work out your abs just living... sorry being a smart ass... but technically it is true... squats, deadlifts, running all use core strength most people don't recognize this, try blasting your core and then doing squats...

Pretty hard to overtrain abs...100 crunches or leg lifts should not do it.... depending on your fitness level.

Go to Subway. Eat healthy. Get a whole wheat sub, chicken breast, no cheese and add a low fat dressing like sweet onion or honey mustard.

Get good abs? Like to see them, or just to train them? There is a big difference. Diet will probably be your best bet to see them, and as for training them, deads are an excellent exercise.

cut the fat and you should see your abs. Everybody naturally has 8 separations in their core. Crunches and other ab workouts will help make them bigger and easier to protrude outwards. Also don't worry about overtraining them as they are used all the time and is probably the only muscle that is immune to overtrain.
