Oh of course, I agree with that 100%; just get it over with.

What I meant was that you can do random breaks during the session to ask questions, status updates, scream in pain... Whatever lol.

My artist took a break half way through (I am sure they need one too) however I think it was more painful after starting up again vs. if we had just gone straight through. Maybe that was just my perception of things though.

Interesting - I wonder why it seems more painful after starting up again. Im gonna see if I can do the entire thing straight through. Ill talk to the artist when i get there and see if hes cool with that. Hope they are.

Man I cant wait only 5 more days to kill! The time cant pass fast enough haha.

    Brandon.

I was originally wanting Trevor but his wait is pretty long for 4hr job - looking at end of August. Im such an impatient person haha so I was wanting it done sooner. When I was there i talked to Brandon and looked at his work and it looked good.

I just met Brandon a couple days ago, when I took a friend who was out of town to get a little piece on his forearm. He's fairly new there, he said only been about 2 weeks. He did my friend's and he was happy with it, although it was only a 40 min to an hour job for his. I did have a look at his portfolio, it looked decent. Said he moved down from Edmonton and if Bushido's hired him he must be alright. He's probably the least known one from the shop which is why his wait isn't bad at all. My friend and I walked-in and got his done by Brandon.

Just got home from 4hrs under the knife at Bushido. Man insdie the wristt and inside elbow hurts like a MOFO, my god I cant believe i sat through that!

But its all done and over with, thats all that matters.

I dont know the managers name (older lady) but shes soooo nice! Everyone there is, absolutely great place to be.

Just a question for those whom go to Bushido. I was talking to Brandon today and asking about how they bill your time cause i notice most of the time they do the stencil work when you show up at the time of your appt. He said they charge you from when you actually get tattoed.

Cause teh first time i was there i got overcharged by half hour and today just short of an hour. Brandon said the girls working the front are great for tracking everyones time and the serivce was so great i didnt say anything. I just paid up.

Not a big deal to me, did i overpay both times? yes but i guess i see it as a tip for how good they treat you there.

Question : will your tattoo stretch if you are cutting down or gaining muscle?

Maybe its just me but i notice with pure black tats that its near impossible to keep every spot and inch of the tat as black as when you first have it done. No matter how well you take care of it, how well it heals, its not going to maintain the same extreme black when you first get it.

Even after it heals and it scabs nicely (comes off softly in the shower and no chunks come off), and moisturize the tats but dont over moisturize and keep it out of the sun and do your best to let it heal exposed to as much oxegen as possible, it still fades a bit with some spots lighter than the rest. Its minor, and really only noticable when in super bright light or look really close.

anyone else notice this? Who knows maybe im just overly anal about this. My tats are still very jet black but not the extreme black that it was when i first came out of the shop.

I talked to Bushido and they said this is normal. Even a tat that is healed perfectly and carefully 2-3 weeks after is not going to have the same blackness when first done up. Itll still be a pure black but not to the extent as when you first get it.
