They ran into the eavestrouph of my old house in Pineridge and it was a huge pain in the ass getting them to replace it even though we witnessed them doing it. Eventually they did pay for the repair it was just a huge pain in the ass dealing with the city trying to get it fixed. Good luck. Judging by the pictures though it doesn't look like that bin is from the city, isn't that a private company?
