about 45k on the odometer...

more than $25,000 has been invested in the car...I'm taking a huge loss selling the car at this price.

I dont EXPECT to sell it as a whole anyway, so I am wililng to part out the car...

Car won't be for sale till Mid to end October...I'm moving away to vancouver in the new year so I wanna get rid of it by that time...

Not to start any problems, but isn't $32K high for an 02 with 45,000km? I have been checking around, and they range from 27-30K. Any reasoning behind the pricing? (mods that aren't reversable?)

I did in fact read the obo part, but still thought that 32K was quite high for starters, especially since brand new WRX's are 34,995. Just thought the asking price might deter potential buyers, since it is too high to start out with.

yes but you do realize you pay taxes and such on top of the 35G's, which make the total to about 40G's correct?

Actually $37,444.65, but still, it is hard to work tax into the price of a used car.

I am not trying to argue with you, just make a point that starting at 32k is high. I have been looking at WRX's lately, and most '02's with high mileage are around 27-30, which would be a bit more reasonable asking price without mods.

The main point of my post was to see whether you were including some mods (ie. Stock front and rear lip) that would dictate a higher asking price, not to argue pricing.

I see, I know I'm asking high, thats the name of the game...If everyone selling their cars setting their pricing low you'll have some idiot try to low ball him even more...get the point?

Plus my car has all the scotchguarding, undercoating and all that stuff...so my car came out to be a little over 38G's

for a 2.5 year old car I think the mileage is pretty good...I got the car in march or april 2001
