Default 1990 Nissan 300zx tt oil

Hey, i know this is a noob question but i did not get the owner's manual when i bought the car and now it's time for an oil change. If somebody knows what type of oil it needs and how many liters i need and could let me know that would be great. It is for my 90 300zx tt 5spd. Thanks!

Note that the 90's have a different capacity than the 91-96's:

10W-30 Synthetic (Mobil 1 or Amsoil is what I use).

Don't drive it in the winter... get a beater.
