Well, over the passed couple weeks I have recieved alot, and I mean ALOT of PM's and ICQ/MSN messages regarding internet...
Why its slow, how to set up, why is it not working, that sort of stuff.
I can only test your lines and check if its available in your area and all that good stuff from here at work, so if anyone has any internet questions or things regarding the Telus ADSL, just email me here at work instead of using PM. I cant do much at home for ya unfortunatly, so just please use the email below and I'll get back to ya.
What I can do:
set up/remove/send out adsl and modem
set up/remove/calling features
set up/remove/long distance plans, calling cards etc
send out phones
run checks on your line from a technical standpoint and see if there is a problem (internet related)
Let you know if you qualify for ADSL internet (its distance restrictive)
What I CANT do
fix your internet if its down
anything regarding mobility
hire you...I can put in a good word, but thats about it...
give you exorbant amonts of money credited through your telephone bill
CRXboi does pretty much the same thing I do I believe, so hes always able to answer questions too if you like
I am located in the Telus Tower downtown, pretty much Monday to friday from 1ish till 9ish PM...so you can get ahold of me immediatly at that time...
