we are going to make this recipe for swiss chard ravioli, and instead of making pastry dough, it tells you to get Gyoza (potsticker) wrappers from 12-ounce packages that can be found at Asian markets and in the refrigerator section of many supermarkets. If unavailable, substitute wonton wrappers and cut into 3 1/2-inch rounds.
does anyone know if they carry these at T&T or any other supermarkets in the city?
does this sound like something you can use for ravioli dough? or is that recipe just plain crazy?????
