Hey guys I was just going through my closet and found some original air jordan XII's in the original box, never worn.

I was going to wear them for basketball but before I do are they worth anything? I know they are the first air jordans released, are they collectible?

Just wanted to know if I was commiting some mortal sin by wearing them. They are this colorway:

You can wear them, but they are over 10 years old, they wont last as long as some others...the shank on the midfoot is carbon fibre...I've seen it separate from the sole on some occasion but you should be okay. I personally wouldn't wear them though.

Size 9, wish they were a bit bigger. A friend bought them in '96 when she was working at foot locker. I was surprised they were $190 back in '96.
