Right! How was the install? Did you have to remove the bumper? Perceived gains or just better intake sound?Originally posted by Redlined_8000
I have that.... I think I showed you it at autox lol.
I'm pretty new here, I hope this is the right place to introduce myself.

I bought an S2000 a couple months ago and I am in love. I've owned lots of sports cars the last few years (2 Miatas, BRZ, 135i, stage 2 WRX, modestly modified 180SX) and something about the whole package of the S2000 just works so much better together than those cars do, I don't find myself wanting to modify it much at all.
Also I kinda miss my RT4WD I had
Haven't seen your S2000. Can you share some pics?
Sure but it's just stock with some crap aftermarket wheels that are being replaced by stock wheels soon.
I feel the same way about my Si. I've had it since May and haven't modded a thing. I get the itch now and then to do the CAI/Hondata reflash but I have a lot of fun with it as is.Originally posted by Twin_Cam_Turbo

Like you say, the total package/sum of parts is pretty amazing stock for what the car cost. It reminds me of a 4 wheel sport bike with the agile handling and 8500 rpm fuel cut.
I can't get over how consistent the fuel economy is. The worst it will get is just over 10 L/100 kms and that is 100% stop and go city driving it hard. On my last trip to Vancouver Island, I managed to get around 35 mpg.
Yikes turning into a Honda fan boy
Picked up a K&N Typhoon V2 Intake recently. Really impressed with the quality. Going to install it on Sunday
Got the intake installed on Sunday. Wow! Sounds awesome from 4500 up with the stock exhaust
Stage 2 is to visit RCTS or Toma if he's around for a vtec window reflash.
I guess all the cars at my house at Hondas these days. Fuck yeah for the 2012 Odyssey and 2010 Fit.
Performance mods on both cars = Carseats and spilled snacks.

My Dad's first love..his 78 Civic bought it new.
Hondata reflash on the K20Z3 is worth every penny..wow
^^ flashpro is awesome for the driveability of our civics. And go to Toma for a pull! I am curious too see what you put down.
It should've come this way from the factory. It makes it so much more enjoyable to hang onto 2nd gear hitting 60 mph. Plus highway passing is easier. I'd be shocked if it was over 180-190 on Toma's dyno. But it's more fun than it should be.Originally posted by Redlined_8000
