we are going to renovate the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen in our condo and are not sure how much to invest and how this would improve our equity. A few units in our condo have recently (some renovated very recently and others not renovated since 1980s), and we are wondering what the final selling price of these various units was.
my girlfriend said that relators can buy memberships with MLS and then be able to view the final selling price of properties. is there anyone with a MLS membership that would have a couple of minutes to check on the final selling prices of a couple of condos for us?
