Default Chevron Gas Stations in Alberta?

Always wondered but never knew why.

So why aren't there any Chevron Gas Stations in Alberta?

Yeah well I wonder how they get the soft flowing caramel inside the Caramilk bar but you don't see me making a god damn thread about it. Slap your wife Baygirl, straighten him out.

Answers: For the same origin there are no Chevron Stations contained by many other places. Chevron have made a business decision to not invest within and maintain a business presence within that area. They may get the impression they can't operate there profitably or that they're currently operating adjectives the sites they can handle.Chevron have invested heavily in north Alberta's oilsands; hence, maybe they feel that have gas stations will not increase profit margins.

Man, I was a super loyal customer of Chevron (love their 93 with techron) when I grew up in BC.

Damn shame they don't have any here in Calgary.

I love the Chevron 94 Octane w/techron gas is why I ask. Always gas up at Chevrons when i'm in BC. Would love to have more of a selection here with better fuels than just the typical Shell, Esso and P. Can's.

Chevron also doesn't have a refinery in Alberta, but they do in BC.

Perhaps could be they didn't see the sense in either transporting gasoline to Alberta or purchasing it from another refinery for sale in Alberta?

I used to work in the Chevron building in downtown.
