Are you sure you don't want someone who can program Controllogixs?
I can understand Modicon but am not a fan of its programming environment.

^^ I am sure he knows what he is looking for.
I have GE and SIEMENS, but not looking to move.
I know a few people that have AB experience and are looking if you are willing to take someone who has no experience with GE or Siemens.
The most important thing is going to be if they write text or ladder logic. Some of our systems are text based, but most are written in ladder.
As far as the writing program (Cimplicity , Step7, RS Logix) they are all relatively similar.
We would be willing to train, but would be looking at somebody that is at least up to speed on DeviceNet, EthernetIP or Profibus.
