Just do a search on Google. I did the exact same thing a few days ago and I found a few good sites. The bad thing though is that almost all of the offers are US only. If you live in the US, you can get tons of magazines subscriptions, for stuff like FHM, Maxim, GQ for free.

The only way you can really get around it is to get a US Address for a yearly fee. Then they send stuff that is sent to your US address to your CDN address for a small fee every so often.
