1994 Dodge Dakota Sport

i own a 1994 Dodge Dakota Sport that has a 328 V6 Magnum. it comes stock with 210 HP and about 225 TQ. which isnt bad. but its not good enough for me. ive got a flowmaster 40 series muffler on there but its only giving me the low rumble i want at low rpms(1-2,000 rpms). once i get to 2,000 rpms it gets loud but it doesnt rumble. wish i knew what to do.
i really wanta add some extra power, so im gona add in a cold air intake system and put a aur intake scoop to pop up through the hood. and im also gona throw in an slr racing chip... that'll add another 50 HP and 50 TQ and add about another 5 MPG. id also like to put in a new catalytic converter to add a little bit of extra sound.
in the end, my truck should have about 300 HP 300 TQ and should have a top speed of roughly about 140MPH.(just a guess)
not too bad.
