Insomnia

stayed up till like 4:30am last night to study some shit......and for some reason I am feeling more awake than I usually do right now

I'm with Max Boost. I like to get at least 8 hours of sleep except it never happens. 30 hours is probably my max for staying awake. And at that point driving is damn dangerous. You don't want to be on the road when I'm tired...

Well my past record for staying awake was 84 hours...that was BAD! Come the end of that, people talking to me on MSN didn't recieve much cohearance...Slept for a good 17 hours afterwards tho, and been good since.

I get this every now and again where I just dont feel like sleeping. Then when you do, you cant (at work, out someplace) and then when you get home again, you dont feel like it.

Generally there is a threshold to break...for me its around 30-36 hours. 18-30 hours you get super tired, but once you pass that then its almost easy again for a day or so. Then after that you're messed up.

I'm at 32 hours right now, and about 3 hours ago I was screwed, nodding off at my desk and such, and now I'm wide awake again.

Meh, it happens.

There blue but there actually not for colds, it is just the ingredient in cold medication that puts you to sleep. so maybe it would help a cold then?

I'm an insomniac too, have been all my life, time of year doesn't matter, it usually takes me b/w 1.5 and 3 hours to fall asleep, which sucks on school nights... last night I tried going to bed at 1, I think I managed at about 2:15 or so and woke up at 12, finally got to catch up on some sleep.

4.5 hrz sleep in 2 days and I am still really awake for some damn reason

Go into an engineering or technology program, sooner or later you will realize that you dont need sleep... Its the zombie effect.

I dont think I have slept since last Sunday for more than 3 hours.
