Any Fido people here?

I'm trying to unlock a Samsung C417 that is locked to Fido, for use with Rogers...

I went though a few different things, but it keeps coming up with "SP Lock" and asks me to enter a (I think) 8 digit password. I tried entering a few that I thought I had programmed it to, but alas, it failed, and I am now down to my last 5 of 9.

Can any Fido people help me out or point me in the right direction? I understand that this code is sacred, I would be willing to drive to you and have you enter it - I need never know it...

Go to hofo. Plenty of Fido agents that post over there.

google primomobile, for $15 they'd send you a unlock code

or just go to ebay and type in samsung c147... unlock code, and a bunch of stuff should come up

"unlock" codes and "SP lock" codes are two different things.

most places (including me) that can "unlock" a phone is the SIM feature only, not the SP lock like the OP is asking for.

just thought i'd clarify, it will be alot harder/probably cost more to find someone to get the SP unlock code, compared to an unlock code.
