Get your realtor to take more and better pics.
1) The dining area is dark and backlit.
2) Who cares about a hallway.
3) Lets see living spaces and the view out of the kitchen pass through.
4) Basement pics - even if unfinished, showing HWT and Furnace placement.
Thats an ugly exterior. I cant stand front garages in general but that thing looks like the side of a barn.

Front drive garage is ugly for small homes. Agree on the looking like a barn comment.
