WTB: Winter tires or winter tires + rims for G35

My friend is looking to buy a set of winter tires or a set of winter tires with rims. He's looking to get them within a week or so before the snow hits. He will either want to put a set of winter tires on his existing rims, which the fronts are size 22545Zr18 and the rears are 24545Zr18, or he will want to just purchase a set of rims and tires that will fit on his G35 that have no brembos. The bolt pattern on a G35 is 5 x 114.3

i have a set of steelies of an eagle talon dunno if they will fit. but i'm pretty sure its 5x114
