If I were you i'd get a older civic hatchback. Great cars, good on gas, and easily customisable.Originally posted by sssbd313

How much money u got to spend? Give everyone a ballpark figure so we can work with you.
About 4-5g. Is the most. I dont want a sporty car, I just want a car that would be easy to work with.

If you don't mind something older I was a big fan of the CRX for my first car, unfortunately never did get one but I still think they are a great starter ride.

Get a cheap car. Most people's first car get smashed, so buy a cheap car get used to driving on the streets, build experience, AND THEN dump 5-6 grand for a car

make up your mind, figure out exactly what you really want, and then start looking for something about $1000 below your max spending limit. Spend the other grand on a tune-up, good tires, a new battery and whatever else you need to have the thing run for more then a few weeks.
my $0.02
Damb, too hell with that. Actually, to hell with getting a car. Get a book man, learn shit. Im sorry, but if u dont even know who makes a CRX or an Accord U shouldnt be driving one.Originally posted by core_upt

Before you ever decide to mod a car know what you are doing before you destroy another beauty that honda (or any other manufacturer) has produced.
