    You better hope it does!

Im sure it'll work, the question is for how long. You'll be running it for a long time and you don't want the motor to burn out so id suggest doing a lot of research.

Heres a site I found after 2 minute google search. Might help you find some more companies and look them up.

Just go through the various pages.

i want a bigger pump for vacuum bagging carbon fiber....

the other one i was thinking about is something like the $750US one here

    http://www.fibreglast.com/showproduc...Pumps-172.html

i'm a little confused... i have a 135PSI 3HP air compressor, and one of those vacuum generators (the second bigger one), but my compressor can only hold 60PSI, and while that still comes out very nice and contours the fiber to all patterns, it doesnt squish the fiber enough to make it perfectly flat... but from what i understand from the website, that thing should pull more vacuum than that starter pump...

i dont want to bother with it, i just want to buy a big pump that i can use on all stuff up to the size of say trunks, or to be able to do a couple larger bags of parts at the same time, to maximize pump and oven time not have to keep upgrading...

I found the company that makes those ebay airpumps... they're actually pretty big, and even have an office in canada. I emailed them about the pricing on some of the bigger ones they have, because they actually have a full catalogue, of different powers.... I'm pretty tempted to try them...... damn that whole, if it's too good to be true crap
