How good are you at driving while distracted?

I counted the number of pedestrians but I missed 8 questions.

This is why I do not talk on my cell, or otherwise distract myself while driving, and none of you should either. I'm better at shit like this than most, and I'm well aware of how impaired my abilities become while distracted.

Get your priorities straight and concentrate on what you're doing.

Looks like we both fail. Haha. I guess only 19% of people have actually passed.

I tried it again with the volume at a decent level this time (which was kinda tough since I'm at work) and passed.

Beyond memebers are above average drives and a majority of them will be in that 19%.

Missed 8 questions and counted 26 pedestrians. Better to miss what the person is saying on the phone then the pedestrian.

It was hard enough counting all the pedetrians crossing different ways there was so many mixed in.

I don't get the point of this test...it would've been more appropriate if you had to remember the answers to a few simple questions she asked and hit the space bar when youre supposed to stop for pedestrians. Who counts pedestrians when approaching an intersection haha.

I dont think the point is to count the pedestrians, its more likely that you pay attention to whats around you! If they didnt give the pedestrians different colored shirts and for you to tally points then you would just focus on the cell phone like most ppl do while driving and get all the answers right! The whole point is to see if you can multi-task.
