    can you control the music from the ipod or from the head unit?

    You control it from the Ipod. I have one of these, they're sick.

    out of curiosity richard, hows the aux sound compared to the monster fm transmitter?

    I tried the aux in 3 different cars but for me atleast I find the Monter one being better.

    I never had a chance to open the monster transmitter. It was brand new sealed in package when I got it.

    I can tell you this though - AUX input signal doesn't seem to be amplified as much as the other functions (i.e. CD and Radio) so the volume on the IPOD has to be quite high to get decent sound.
