Talisman track inside/outside lane distances

Anybody know the distances around the track in the different lanes at the Talisman. Is the 200 meter distance the inside lane, and everything after is greater?

I have no idea if there is a standard size, and if Talisman follows it. I am just trying to approximate speed from lap times.

haha. i was there on saturday and jotted down the distances.

inside: 200 meters
outside: 223 meters

Every lane is 200 m from that lanes start line.

The start line is 200 m on the inside lane and there are staggered white lines in the other lanes and from those lines is 200 m.

i usually wouldn't know this but my GF used to train there every week.

i only read the "inside outside" part and i expected this thread to be a rant about ppl who jog slow in the fast lane

i was totally waiting for a debate like how people drive slow in deerfoot's left lane
