On this table saw?
On this table saw?
Well to begin with he didn't invent it for you to go stickin your fingers in it, just to prevent something bad if you happened too...
So the answer is pretty well self explanatory, no I would not stick my finger in it.
I would be scared to trust it but great invention none the less
That is f'n amazing!!! Wonder what company is going to jump on that!
Stupidity is a disease we all have, it's like a form of brain herpes. Outbreaks will occasionally occur.
I would try it...but be shitting bricks as I tried...
...@therealarifjina...
Great invention.

hmmm, I hate to be the guy who buys a faulty one of these......
Psalm 144(1): Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.
That's a damn good invention.
I think I would buy one, but I wouldn't trust it enough to try putting my finger into it...
On a side note I can see alot of drunken stupidness come out of this product... lol

haha anyone notice he's fingering the machine while he was doing the demonstration?
cool stuff
Saw this and I think its a great invention.
It stops so fast and brutally though that I would be afraid to to try it on a machine that has already stopped one person from losing a finger.
Im sure there is a better, less destructive way of designing the stop. Pretty damn cool idea though, out of all tools, table saws scare me the most.
doood
I went numb watching that!
covered my mouth and almost screamed "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!!"
That's an awesome table saw!

this is a great invention for sure.
That's such an excellent idea!
$60 to install this device in a table saw. Seems a little expensive, but if it saves a finger...
This lead me to wonder how often people perhaps just touch the SIDE of a blade as it's spinning. On such an event, you would activate the device when there would not be damage to your hand. People who work with wood would have a better idea what the chances are of either scenario...
this guy is most likely going to make millions off of this
I first saw this at the AWFS in vegas a couple years ago and I couldn't believe it. I got to put the hot dog on it... Schnieders, not mine Really cool invention but has been around for atleast 4-5 years now.
You don't wanna race me.... you've seen taillights like mine a thousand times!!!!
