Wierd response from inquiry about rental property
I've started to look for a new apartment online. Mostly on Craiglist and Kijij.
But I've received some wierd responses from emails that I sent asking about the rental property.

Thanks for your interest in my property but before we continue let me tell you little about myself. I'm an psychologist who travel around the globe to search for new discovery with my colleague in different location. I also have another property in Sierra Leone but the whole house got burnt during the war that took place recently.The government took over the whole territory. But right now. I'm here in the United States doing some research which may take a couple of years or more. But I'm not returning home from here, still heading to other neighbourhood country.
Reason why I want to rent out the property is to look for a very good tenant who can take good care of the property with a promise to do so. My family travelled to Germany with my kids where my father owns a company due to my absence in the country and they are not returning back until my kids are done with their University studies. I'm here with the keys to the property and other documents. I don't really have anyone to drop the keys for when I'm leaving for the United States. I will send the application to you once I read from you.
How many people are moving in and what are your names ?
How long do you want to stay there ?
I want to know if you can take good care of the place very well.

Thanks for your email and interest in the property. I personally own the property and also want you to know that it was due to my transfer that made me and my wife to leave the propertyand also want to give it out for rent and looking for a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money for the rent but want it to be clean at the time and the person that will rent it to take it as if it were its own. So for now, We are here in west Africa, our new house and also with the keys and documents of the house, we try to look for an agent that we can give this documents before we left but could not see and we are as well as don't want our property to be used any how in our present that is why we took it along with us. I and my wife came over to West Africa for a missionary work, so i hope you will promise us to take very good care of the house. kindly get back to me on how you could take care of our house or perhaps experience you have in renting home. The rent fee is included all the utilities . I am looking forward to hear from you ASAP so that i can forward you an application form to fill out and discuss on how to get the property for rent.
