Hey can someone chop my car for me please?

1) Tint the windows 35% or something
2) Paint my Rims black.

Edit: Gun Metal or Bronze...i dunno how good it'll look and i'm planning on painting my rims this weekend.

oH can make either the rims all black or have like the chrom trem around it like the one in this pic.

Edit: or all gunmetal or bronze and leave the lip or something. i wanna see how good both looks before i make my final decision.
