How is the competition in the REC league? I am going to be playing in the spring and have been debating what league to join. Used to play a decent bit when I was in highschool, but am far from overly skilled. But I also don't want to play against people that have no idea what they are doing as I want to get better by way of playing against decent competition.

i would recommend rec+ for you, because REC is for beginners... the only reason why i joined it is because they had no space left in REC+ ... i play is much high compition leagues other nights of the week... and REC is just a nice cardio workout for me =), plus i get to help my buddy work on his bball game...

Good, had our first game tonight versus one of the singles teams. Looks like it could be a good season. Got my teams for both Mon & Wed Rec+

Anyone here up in Red Deer that plays? I dusted off the basketball shoes last night and plan on hitting up the collicut center tonight to play for the first time in a while.
