Haha, I've actually been through this place, when they were trying to rent it. The rooftop terrace is really huge and would be awesome in summers, and the parking spot is wide, and right by the elevators. It's also one of the only units in the building with in-suite laundry (or so I was told).

If I'm honest, the windows out of the master are right above the building entrance, which might be a bit of a detractor.

A lot of the renos were DIY but done well... place seemed taken care of. I'd probably be renting it right now if they'd negotiated at all on the rate.

Condo has been on the market about 2 weeks now...its a great place for the money for sure...huge heated underground parking stall...in-suite laundry.
