Forum Breaking Their Own Rules??? WANT ACTION!!!

I was told by a client of mine that he was slandered on a site which refused to remove the thread, I was in total disbelief at first as most respectful site owners would remove any slander not based on fact. Thus I came and read the rules but this forum believes in breaking their own rules by not deleting personal slander remarks with no fact.

This really could have been another interesting thread.

I was intrigued by the appellation "Webmaster" at the end of the OP's opening volley. I wasn't sure if he was actually Webmaster for a site or if, perhaps, he (and I can only assume that it is a he) believes himself to be master of the Interwebz.

Perhaps both are true. There is, as it turns out, a www.golddraco13.com website, which consists solely of a cover page. It would seem that from the Google archives, Golddraco13 used to do a little website and other computer work.

Nevertheless, I was amused by the sad attempt at lawyerly wording in the post.

It begins badly with a run-on sentence and then gets worse with the phrase, "any slander that is not based on fact". Slander that is based on fact isn't slander. This lapse is repeated in the second sentence, which mercifully does not run on. It does start with "Thus", however. Ahem.

Apart from the punctuation errors and the misuse of 'aforementioned' in the last portion of the post, I do love the reference to "every forum in the known internet". I actually am greatly amused by the notion that there is a segment of the internet that is completely unknown to humanity, and moreover that there are forums there. Pray tell who might be posting there!
