FS: 24 port 10/100 rackmount switch $40

I've got a 24 port 10/100 SMC managed switch for sale for $40.

It has been used in an office, but we upgraded our switches.
This one works perfectly and has extra features like VLANs, etc.

Price is firm, cash only deal.
The cheapest 24 port switch at MemEx is about 90 bucks, so I think the asking price is fair.
