    I did none and will do none. Me and the wife donated money to a poor family in Mexico and bought toys for santas anonymous. Much more rewarding

    Good for you and your wife - we stopped doing gifts years ago. Instead we donate to charities and we all do the operation Xmas child every year - we just sent off our stuff 2 weeks ago. Glad to make some unfortunate kids smile on xmas morning. More people really need to wake up and learn the real meaning of jesus birthday.

    Giving presents to others is for suckers. Look at it this way - you buy shit for somebody who probably doesn't even want it, and in exchange you get useless shit, OR you buy everything you want for yourself and get everything you want.

    i finished all my shpping on late night sat, i went chinook at like 8:30 and it wasn't too busy, then to futureshop at like 10pm (they close at 11pm that day) and it was dead, i think there was 3 other customers left in the store. perfect time to shop ... no horde crazyness for me
