Herbal Medicine - Where to buy, good doctor?

Hello,

My wife has poor blood circulation and read online that there is alot of herbal medicines that help this out. Anyone know any place speciallized in herbal medicine and or a doctor who specializes in it and can tell us what to get?

We are thinking places like Chinatown herbal shops and stuff, but we never needed this until now so we have no clue where is a good place to go.
