    It's interesting the prices are basically the same, but the Honest Door sold is slightly less in every case... I assume the couple hundred are from other fees in the realtor prices?

    Either way, our listing goes live in next couple days, so here's hoping it moves as quick as the rest of these did at these prices (for reference my bud sold his pre-covid for $200k only and it sat for months).

    Also, tell Ferrar (Miami Blue Titty RS) that his Moho shanty would sell better if he (a) used you & (b) pre-wired his basement
