I decided a few days that these new games are boring as shit. They never could get my attention span long were i would remember a good moment.

    So i bought this today:

Hardest game i ever played as a boy...nor have i used the word FUCK so many times in a game.

I'm a young-old school guy. My old school starts at the birth of 16-bit. I played some Double Dragon games on NES when I was young here and there, and frankly, I'm farrrr too temperamental to deal with that kind of stress. Seriously, blood pressure spiking stuff.

hahaha yea that game is hard even with a game genie, infinite lives!
Anyways you will come to realize most NES games are hard as fuck.

The punch/kick difference between facing left or right is annoying as shit.

YES!! The minute I saw the title of your thread I immediately thought of this game. I still remember playing this game in the old Nintendo. I actually mastered this game and can almost always finish it everytime I play it. I remember I would play this game and whenever I finish it I call everybody in my family out in the living room to watch the ending. I'm soo jealous you have this right now.

I used to play a lot of Double Dragon up to #3.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

I remember the first time I actually danced around the room after beating a game was when I beat the original Castlevania. Castlevania 2 made me cry it was so hard, then I buckled down and won that bitch.

But, the hardest ever game I ever played on the original NES, the only one that remains undefeated in my repetoire....

The first Super Mario Brothers. GODDAMN that game was hard.

Its really tough to play after Mario 3 since you are used to jumping off of enemies and you cant do that in Mario 1 ... it sucks lol

haha anXBOX probably won't even last that long so I highly doubt it. I still have a SNES system but I only have street fighter II. I'll try to look for some more games once I get some time, any places I should know about where to buy and what not?
