Default Shovel snow from city sidewalk onto road

Is it legal to shovel snow from the city sidewalk that runs along the road (no grass boulevard) onto the street?

The city website only says you cant shovel snow from provate property on to the road and doesnt touch upon my question.

    Anyone know? Anyone do this?

I don't know the specific legalities of it but I can assure you that you won't be fined or ticketed for doing it, even if it contravenes a bylaw.

im not sure about the answer but there was this one lady doing that.

You know the snow that accumulates at the edges of the roads? she even pushes that into the middle of the road so cars melt them faster, but she put so much at once that it was literally as high as a tire. So basically this civic was driving at normal speeds(50km/hr) and then hit this patch of snow and started swerving and almost hit a parked car.

I shoveled a lot on to the road. Just don't make a pile and spread it out.

If you're considerate, you won't put it on the street in a way that fucks people up when they ride over it hahaha

I wouldn't say it's illegal, but I have no definitive answer.

I shovel half my walk onto my grass, and the other half onto the street, but I'm on a cul-de-sac, and don't park out front, so I'm not inconveniencing anyone.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

Coles notes: You CAN shovel the snow from the sidewalk onto the street but only from the sidewalk, not from elsewhere on the property (such as a driveway).

We shovel some of the snow from our sidewalk onto the road. No one has said anything, even our bitch neighbors.

if the city plows snow from the main road onto your sidewalk, can you make the city remove it for you?

Some fucker on my neighbor hood shoveled HUGE ice chunks that was packed down from his driveway onto the road and I went over it doing 50km/h and it seriously sounded like I hit a million potholes and fucked some serious shit up.
