There's a great pdf book out there now at www.ppehq.com .

I spent just under $40 and didn't buy or read the APEGA books. Saved a whack load of time, passed the exam no probs, good quality notes.

I used the book at www.ppehq.com also. Cheap for the amount of reading it saved me. I wrote in October and am confident I did well. I studied roughly a couple hours each night for two nights.

It has my vote.

It's still relevant, but focuses too heavily on intellectual property stuff and lacks in some other areas. I don't even remember any IP questions in last month's exam.

Look carefully at the syllabus as that really tells you what areas you need to focus on.
