I am thinking airbrush would be cool, but where is a good place thats not too expensive
I got a Vinyl sticker from furture shop.
japanese dragon/fish 30.00
You paid $30 for a sticker?
You can always disassemble it and spray it with any colour you like, then spray it with clear coat. You can buy both in a can at Canadian Tire. You're giving me ideas now, maybe I'll do this with mine. I've always wanted to do my Blackberry and keyfob the same way but wondering if the thickness of the paint would cause it to not assemble properly.

lol, if you want a picture that isn't in the store I can do it for you if you give me the dimensions. I'm going to vinyl my laptop soon here and I can take a picture for you.
What type of design and what is your budget?
something like this airbrushed would be sweet, maybe on flamingo ping background and white/grey/black for actual image just like in this picture.Originally posted by Phuqu

This would be on a Dell D620 Laptop, so it would be big bigger then teh EEE PC pictured. All in I wouldn't spend more then $100
I can do custom vinyl for ya. Not sure I want to take the time to do the painting though.
here's a sample of something I did cutting vinyl on my vinyl cutter and then stenciling with paint.
Basically you could make a vinyl decal or make the negative image of what you want, then use acrylic paint, then tape it all off on edges and clearcoat.
Hum, I prefer to have more colors then just one color, so vylin in either a stencil or just as a cutout wouldn't work for meOriginally posted by Afrodeziak

If your budget is only $100 that amount of paintwork wouldn't be possible.
Google up "laptop skins" if you haven't already
Go to Westworld and they have a brochure at the rear most sales section for a company that does this. They have a MBPro that has been done by them so that you can see what it looks like. I can't remember the company name but if you go into Westworld or call them they should know.
thanks man, i will check it outOriginally posted by Davetronz
