    Default Muscle Milk

I recently bought a jar of mocha latte muscle milk and it says to use 2 full spoons, but the spoons in the jar are pretty big. Do you guys use the full two spoons because even with a little amount of muscle milk there are tons of grains floating around which you can taste.

You just need to mix it up better... I use one of those hand held mixers and it works great.

If that's what the instructions say, why would you do otherwise?

I used it a long time ago but I used the Magic Bullet on that shit! I can't drink it when it's all clumpy.

I only used one scoop, I remember reading back in the day that you can only really digest half the suggested amount and the rest goes to waste. I'm not sure if it's true or not but I'm not a big guy by any stretch and wasn't trying to be so I thought 1 scoop would work well for me.

Buy a shaker cup, but with one of those cutting grates in it. That'll destory the powder. I used Muscle Milk for a little while and mine mixed up fine in water or in milk. Mind you I used skim milk. But yeah.... try that out. You can get em at any supplement store.
Guess who's back... tell some men.
