Does anybody know who the professor is for this class? Infonet shows a blank where the profs name should be.

it's Dr. Jim Stallard.

So far, he seems like a good prof, really organized and his notes are printable online.

I had him before and it was not bad. I hated the class, but it wasn't because of his teaching--I just don't like stats and it was a pre-req.

I found that Stallard was easy to talk to.

Other people who liked Jim's teaching style and classes? That's really rare....

I liked his class; really straightforward. Lots of people hate it, but it's probably because of their low grade. When I took it, the median grade was about 2.00.

I had Jim Stallard for Math 321. He's a good instructor but you're going to have to earn your grade through sweat and exercises.

Back from the dead after 2 years? Stallard isn't even teaching STAT217 this winter I think.

LOL on the 2 year bump, but Nancy Chibry is horrible...avoid her at all costs.
